EDUCATIONAL SERVICES

Our character and leadership building program for educational systems comes from the front lines of education. I have been a teacher, coach and administrator in public education from more than a quarter of a century. Our program is different from others in the market because it is formatted to the individual needs of the school. This is not a canned program and can be adjusted as needed. We will emphasize how the 8 principles of PMA will enhance the culture of your school.

  4. Weekly Staff Development – Includes Chalk Talks / Winner’s Sessions / Reflection Challenges / Motivational Minutes
  5. Student Engagements – Weekly Set Induction / Microteaching options for each session.
  6. WEEKLY SESSIONS – 12 PMA Principle Lessons / 25 School Choice based on school request (Over 75 Sessions to choose from)

Workshops are an intensive leadership and character building program that takes a deep dive into the PMA principles.

Coaching Services are also available post workshop. These services come with an open door communication policy.
